Coincidentally with the celebration of the 19th Brazilian Congress, the Industry of Mineral Water, opens its doors to participants, experts and european speakers.

Located in the Education and Technology Center Clovis Motta, is a service provider laboratory with an outstanding performance in the physical-chemical and microbiological. testing. It was created to provide laboratory services and technology solutions for strengthening of the companies producing food and beverages and make them more competitive.

In the second session of the Congress was scheduled a visit to the Laboratory FIERN (Federation of Industries of Rio Grande do Norte) SENAI, which opened its doors to participants and lecturers interested in learning the new techniques applied in this modern laboratoty in Natal.

The Grupo Termas was represented by its president and publisher Dr. Mayte Suárez Santos and the Director of the Professional School of Medical Hydrology and Hydrotherapy, Professor Dr. Francisco Maraver Eyzaguirre of the Chair of Medical Hydrology, University Complutense of Madrid and Professor. Dr. Petra Sanchez Sanchez of the Presbyterian University Mackenzie.

Accompanied by Roberto Pinto Serquiz Elias, Chairman of the 19th Congress and President of SICRAMIRN Abinam were received by the Director of Education and Technology Center Clovis Motta, M. Waldenice Cardoso Matos, Dr. Joao Rocco responsible for the implementation of SENAI Laboratory, and scientific staff of the Laboratory.

Later they went round the newly opened modern laboratory facilities, where they were fully informed of the areas for action in the different analysis in water, food and beverages, physical-chemical and microbiological by the technical manager, chemical engineer Dr. Andrea Araujo Fortunato do Amaral and chemical-technical assistant, Dr. Josemary Xavier da Costa.

The Laboratory of Water, Food and Beverages "Pedro Alberto Elias Serquiz has a qualified technical team and has as goals the implementation of new methods and accreditation: NBR, ISSO, IEC 17025 and the acreditation INMETRO

The Laboratory offers services that meet the parameters required by regulatory agencies. It has an infrastructure of a modern laboratory and highly trained technicians, to provide services with guaranteed of traceability and reliability of the information generated.

Finally to highlight that the laboratoty considers as a main priority the customer satisfaction and quality of its services. Working for public and private entities, municipalities, industries and users in general throughout the country, and preferably for the industries of the State of Rio Grande do Norte.
