BRASIL WILL HELD IN 2011 the 8th WORLD CONGRESS OF BOTTLED WATER |

It will be conducted jointly with the 20th Brazilian Congress of Mineral Waters Industry (ABINAM).
Brazil was the country chosen to host next year the Global Bottled Water Congress and it will be organized by the British consultancy firm Zenith International specialized in the water market.
The Global Bottled Water Congress, which brings together key leaders of the market main enterprises of bottled waters at global level, have been already carry out in France, Italy, Mexico, UAE, Germany and Turkey, and being held this year in Scotland.
The appointment of Brazil was confirmed during the meeting carry out in Rio de Janeiro, in early June between the president of Zenith International, Richard Hall, and the ABINAM board of directors also evolving the agreement of the jointly celebration of the 8th World Congress together with the 20th Brazilian Congress of the Industry of Mineral Waters.
During the meeting were discussed the details of the organization and planning of this important global event. Participated Abinam staff, represented by President Carlos Alberto Lancia, the director Richard Signorelli, by the Scientific Committee Chairman Petra Sánchez and advisers Joao Ruocco, Fraterno Vieira and Paulo de Souza, the president of Zenith International, Richard Hall, and the vice-president for the Americas, Andres Padilla.
As Carlos A. Lancia stated "Choosing Brazil to host the World Congress of bottled water in 2011, is a demonstration of the importance of the brazilian market of mineral waters in the global context.
Abinam President welcomed the holding of this important event. "We therefore, will get on the one hand the unique opportunity to place Brazilian packers sharing experience with the most important international industry leaders and learn firsthand the trends that guide their investments in that market".
"On the other hand, the opportunity to show to this highly qualified audience, the potential of our industry, not only in terms of production and consumption, but also in packaging, equipment and accessories as well as qualification and training of many of our packers to deal with the foreing market".
The celebration of the Global Bottled Water Congress in Brazil, is for Charles A. Lancia, "an announce of release of our industry and the reward to the effort and work done by Abinam at our worldwide events"
Finally, the President of the Brazilian Association of Mineral Water Industry, calls on producers and suppliers "to begin to prepare themselves for this great event
At the same time, during ABINAM Expo 2011, the Brazilian bottlers of mineral water industry will have the opportunity to exhibit the developments in machinery, equipment and accessories.
