Is Director of GRUPO TERMAS, Publisher of the electronic magazine www.termasworld.com, Agency of News of Tourism and Health and Thermas Consulting and co-publisher with BuscaSalud.com, the interactive series of HEALTHY ROUTES.

Bachelor of Journalism by the University complutense of Madrid, and Qualified of Scientific Communication by the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona. Journalist and divulging, specialized in Medicine and Thermalism, members of the Spanish and European Association of Scientific Journalists, it is member of the French Society of Thermalism and Thalasotherapy for the Buco-dental Health and President-founder of the Spanish Association of Friends of the Thermal Baths.

In the Internet field, she is part of the scientific journalists team especialized of BuscaSalud.com, journalist of Medicine and Health Turism in several websites of Spain and Latin America.

Her professional activity began pertaining to personnel staff of newspaper EL CORREO GALLEGO (1984-90) of Santiago of Compostela Spain, as specialized journalist in Health?s matters. During this period was rewarded by the Ministry of Health and by the Xunta of Galicia Galician Autonomy Goverment), 1986-89 with different prizes due her divulging works regarding Transplants and Blood Donation and Solidarity, as well as for journalistic studies regarding Drug dependence and for the Buco-dental Foundation, due her journalistic contribution about The buccal health of the Spaniards", in 1989.

She was Premio Vieiragrino of Short Stories with the topic, The Medicine in the way to Santiago, to Be treated for the Grace of God", granted by the Asociación Valenciana of Friends of the Road (1995).

She has also written a chapter under the title SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION AND THE PAIN", in the book INTERPRETATION ON THE THERAPY OF THE PAIN directed and supervised by the Dr. Angel López Guerrero and collaborators and published by the University of Santiago of Compostela.

She has as well taken part in several courses as Lecturer and at the present still collaborating in specialized magazines through publising articles regarding health. 

In the Medical Journalism, she became interested in the Hydrology and specialized in Thermalism. In 1984 she got the National prize Cosmetics La Toja, due her works "THE CURATIVE EFFECTS OF THERMAL WATERS AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THE COSMETIC". Among HER publications stqand out THERMALISM WITHOUT BORDERS, a series on the subject galician and portuguese spas(1993) and the book of scientific divulging AUGA, FONTE DE SAÚDE.

In the audiovisual field, she publishes a video documentary on the subject "LA RUTA TERMAL DEL ALTO TAMEGA", sponsored by the Delegation of Ourense, Concello of Verín and the Municipal Camera of Chaves (Portugal) and the Spas of Vidago, Pedras Salgadas and Carvalhelhos, showedd in the II Summer Course of Thermalism, organized by the Vigo and Tras os Montes Universities at Real Vila (North of Portugal) . 

This video, due to its tourist and sanitary values, was accepted as scientific communication in the OMS Conference, on the subject: Stréss and Aging" (Santiago de Compostela, 1994), on the "Jornadas Nacionales de Hidrologia Medica (Madrid, 1994) and included in the academic session that Termalismo has more than enough, it organized the University of Vigo, in collaboration with the Delegation of Ourense. It was also showed in the Congress of Vitelle (Paris) organized by the Societé Française of Thermalisme et of Thalassotherapie pour the Santé Bucco-Dentaire (Abril1995).

The National Society of Medical Hydrology publishes in its magazine her divulging work on the subject "EL PLANCTON TERMAL Y SU CONTRIBUCION AL NACIMIENTO DE LA COSMETICA" presented as scientific communication in the National Congress, celebrated in 1993, in The Toja In 1996 she was selected by the UNED as raportteur with EL ANTIGUO TERMALISMO EN EL ALTO TAMEGA" and as European Lecturer she was invited by the Secretary of Tourism of Argentina to impart her scientific experience in the design of Healthy Routes

The design of the THERMAL ROUTES has been presented as a Comunicación Póster, in el XXXIV Congreso Internacional of Medical Hydrology and Climatology presided over by Dr. H. Pratzel. (Budapest 2002)
